MADANI Scheme provides financing to companies that are engaged in activities that supports the implementation of the MADANI Economy Framework and 12th Malaysia Plan which focused on 3 key themes, namely resetting the economy, strengthening security, wellbeing and inclusivity as well as advancing sustainability.

- Majority ownership of 51% by Malaysian
- Projects or activities that supports the implementation of the MADANI Economy Framework and 12th Malaysia Plan that focuses on the 3 key themes:
1. Resetting the economy
2. Strengthening security, wellbeing and inclusivity
3. Advancing sustainability - Supports the 17 "Big Bolds" to catalyze development across the 3 focus areas such as :
